We ship daily with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and direct LTL & FTL.
Domestic Orders, Small Parcel
For smaller orders, generally 200 pounds or less, it is most cost-effective and time-effective to ship small parcel; through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We have deeply discounted, negotiated rates for all carriers that we pass along to the customer.
Please advise production during quoting if you have specific per box weight limits or preferred carrier. Generally, we do not pack over 40-45 lbs per box and recommend UPS or FedEx Ground for more reliable and safe transit.
Domestic Orders, Freight
Orders weighing 200 pounds or more generally ship LTL, FTL, or Intermodal. We work directly with carriers and brokers to deliver negotiated pricing to accommodate your schedule and needs.
If you require lift-gate service or have specified drop-off times, please contact your AP&B sales representative. Please advise production at quoting if you also require a specific pallet configuration (set weight, height, box count).
International Orders
We ship small parcel and LTL and FTL internationally; please advise at quoting if you are sending any portion of your project from AP&B. Additional paperwork and costs are added for direct management through established forwarding partners.
Lost Or Damaged Shipment
When your order has arrived, please inspect the contents to assure it has arrived in full, without damage. If damage has occurred, please contact us within 20 days of arrival; we will work on your behalf with the carrier and arrange for a partial refund or replacement.
Track Your Shipment
All orders will receive a notification of shipment email with tracking information when available from the carrier. There will be an additional email for notification of delivery.
