Unfortunately, the custom nature of printing and bookbinding makes returns impractical for everyone involved. However, there may be other options.

If you or your client are not satisfied with your project for any reason at all, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to address your concerns. If your concern is mostly stylistic or minor in nature, rest assured that many times subtle design takes a few actual production runs to truly perfect.

Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your project to address any concerns you may have.
