We ship daily with USPS, FedEx, and a number of major LTL carriers. 
Domestic Orders
Smaller orders are generally shipped through USPS and FedEx, with orders weighing 200lbs or more shipped via LTL (with gate service). You are able to choose which service and carrier at checkout. 
International Orders
Most orders will be shipped through our freight forwarder partners or through USPS or FedEx if preferred. VAT, duty, and other applicable taxes will be added to the total before shipping.
Lost Or Damaged Shipment
When your order has arrived please inspect the contents to assure it has arrived without damage. If it has please contact us within 20 days of arrival, we will work on your behalf with the carrier and try to arrange for partial refund or replacement.
Track Your Shipment
All orders will receive notification emails when an order is created, shipped, and when it has arrived. In the "shipped" notification email and "arrival" notification email, the tracking code will be listed and linked to the carrier. Can't find your tracking information?  Contact us by clicking here.
Shipments are sent out Monday-Friday at 4 pm EST. Major US holidays impact ship dates.
